No matter how dark things look on a certain day, the day will end and things will get better. Tough times don't last.
Hardly anything is as bad as it seems when it is happening to you.
On bad days, here is a mantra for you ... This too shall pass.
Make someone's day and perform a random act of kindness. Especially if you can tell they are having one of those days.
